The Westendorf Family | South Carolina Botanical Gardens Photo Session

I photographed the Westendorf family on an unseasonably warm and beautiful day in early February at the South Carolina Botanical Gardens in Clemson. Leslie is an incredibly talented designer and owns Maxpatch Studio, a design firm specializing in design for beautiful and functional kid spaces! In fact, she is helping me put together a precious playroom in our own house, and I can’t wait to share her gorgeous work.

Leslie wanted to choose a location that didn’t look like South Carolina, and the botanical gardens in the winter was the PERFECT fit. I feel like these photos have a really cool Arizona vibe to them – SO fun, and I love how they turned out. Also, I can’t get enough of sweet little Leo and how much he was loving on his mama. Ugh, the best.
