Sweet Charlie came to see me in my Greenville, SC studio all the way from the South Carolina coast! I’m always honored when families go to great lengths to come for their portrait session. I take so much pride in doing really high quality work, and to me, this shows me that my clients really value and can SEE how much joy and love and perfection I put into my work.
Charlie’s mama was worried she might be too “busy” to sit for her portrait, but clearly she crushed it. This is a common concern – after all, toddlers are not known for their ability to sit still for long stretches of time! But I like to remind families I ONLY work with children and I create a session environment that is fun and engaging and more often than not, kiddos don’t even realize they are having their picture taken! Charlie stole the show, and her portrait session was an absolute breeze, her genuine joy and contagious smile and laugh filling up the studio during our time together.
During Charlie’s session, we captured a beautiful range of expressions, each reflecting her unique personality. I’m excited to see how these moments will come together in her three-image frame, creating a timeless keepsake for her family to cherish.
